This half-day, customized, business-focused program strengthens the skills and knowledge for working effectively with colleagues, partners, and direct reports in India. Participants will gain critical skills and insider knowledge so they can lead teams, communicate virtually, collaborate with colleagues, and bolster productivity.

This high-impact course is preceded by an individual needs assessment that allows the facilitator to deliver exactly what is needed to each participant to develop his or her capability. After the course, each participant receives an individual follow-up in addition to lifetime coaching as requested.
