Working Globally Includes:

This customized, interactive program strengthens the skills and knowledge for working effectively across cultures and distance with global customers and colleagues. The training includes current best practices and tools for understanding specific cultural differences and sensitivities, avoiding cultural misunderstandings that impede productivity, and communicating efficiently.

The course is preceded by an individual needs assessment. After the course, each participant receives an individual follow-up in addition to lifetime coaching as requested.

After the training, participants will be able to more effectively:
