For those who grew up outside North America and Europe, learning the unspoken rules of Western business culture can be challenging. Some feel their careers could be limited because they do not know how or when to speak up, how to influence in a North American or European context, or how to effectively collaborate with those who are from a different culture.

This customized class, designed for international employees both in North America and globally, gives them the tools to be even more successful in their careers.
